Alga Processing Secured PMO Mandate from Diligence Offshore for Multi-Billion Renewable Energy Data Center Project

Houston, TX – July 31, 2025 – Alga Processing LLC proudly announces that it has been contracted to serve as the exclusive Project Management Office (PMO) by Diligence Offshore Services LLC for a multi-billion-dollar project in Port Arthur, Texas. 

The agreement, awarded in July 2025, marks a pivotal milestone for both Alga Processing and the region as the project moves forward with an ambitious vision: the integration of large-scale renewable power generation, advanced energy storage, and state-of-the-art data center. 

This first-of-its-kind development spans more than 2,200 acres and will deliver: 

• A coastal inshore wind farm 

• A floating solar PV array 

• A next-generation battery energy storage system (BESS) 

• A Tier IV liquid-cooled data center designed for the demands of AI, cloud, and crypto innovation 

• Transmission infrastructure and substations to ensure grid reliability 

• A maritime logistics port facility to support modular construction and resilient supply chains
